The PFN Mission

Church for Everyone

We desire to be a Church for everyone to be loved, and be able to belong to the Church family.  We welcome every age and life situation to find your place at PFN.

1

FOLLOW JESUS

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World. He extends His grace to us all. We encourage every person to put their trust in Jesus and follow His Word, the Bible.

2

LOVE GOD AND OTHERS

Jesus teaches us to “love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength” and to love our neighbors as ourselves.  At PFN we choose to love God fully. and deeply care for and accept one another as Jesus taught us. We love each other just as Jesus loves us.

3

LEARN AND GROW

We believe God calls us to worship God together, learn from His Word how God desires us to live as believers, and grow in Christ. We are dedicated to fellowship with others, pray always, help each other and grow deeper in our relationship with Jesus.

4

SERVE, GIVE, AND GO

Jesus called us to go out and spread the word of God. We make it a priority to go outside of the church walls to serve others, reach the lost and broken, and make a difference in our world as Christ followers. We hope that you will join us in doing so.

Our History

PFN is a 90+ year old, alive, growing church. We started in 1927 with 5 people who were transformed at a tent revival. As a Church, we are a group of people living out the truth of God’s Word by following Jesus, loving God and others, learning and growing, and serving, giving and going. Our 4 congregations are committed to help people reconnect to God in Pekin, Peoria, Washington, Tazewell County and online. As we look back, we are grateful and appreciative for all God has done. As we look forward, we celebrate that our best days are ahead!
